One page abstract must be submitted for both oral and poster presentations. It must include a title for the presentation,

full names and affiliations of the presenter an co-authors. The presenter name must be underlined.

Conference language

The official language of the Conference is English. No translation facilities will be provided.

Oral Presentation

  • Materials Prepared by the conference committee:

    1. - Laptop Computers (Microsoft Windows Operating System with Microsoft Power Point)

    2. - Digital Projectors & Screens

  • Duration of each presentation:

    1. - An oral presentation is about 15 minutes, followed by a 5 minutes questions.

  • Oral presentation set-up:

    1. - Kindly, ask the organizing assistance of each presentation hall to upload your presentation on the laptop computer provided in your specified presentation hall from 8:00 to 8:30 AM (April 03 - 06, 2021 ).

Poster Presentation

Materials Prepared by the conference committee:

1. X Racks & Base Fabric Canvases.
2. Adhesive Tapes or clamps.

Requirement for the Posters:

1. Poster size 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height)
2. The poster design is not limited to any specific kind.

Posters Set-up and Presentation Time:

* During conference days, please bring your poster and give to our staff at the registration desk from 8:30 to 9:00 AM. We will post it on the X Racks Stand for you.
* Presenters are requested to stand by their posters during the duration specified in the complete program.

Best Poster & Best Oral

Presentation Awards for Postgraduate Students:
On April 03, during the welcome dinner at ………………………………., 20:00 – 23:00, the winning posters and oral presentations will be awarded. The awards given to the best poster and oral presenters.
